The weekend occurs twice a year in autumn and spring. New dates are released in the new year.

Autumn - 8 -11 May 2025

The Autumn event is full. If you would like to be on the waiting list if a space becomes available let us know at connect@kimensweekend.org. Otherwise please contact us to register for the Spring event.

Spring 4 - 7 September 2025

Cost of the Weekend

The cost of the Weekend is $360 per person. This is includes travel and catering costs.

A Deposit of $100 per person is required to secure a place.

We don’t want money to be an obstacle for people coming on one of the events. Therefore we are happy to offer a payment plan that suits you. If you want to talk about this or have other questions, please use the button below.

Please note that the cost of the Weekend will increase to $400 per person for the September event.
